Resgrid is a comprehensive logistics, communication, and management (LCM) system tailored for various first responder and disaster response organizations, including fire departments, police, emergency medical services (EMS), search and rescue (SAR), hazardous materials teams, community emergency response teams (CERT), and emergency management agencies. This platform facilitates the coordination, communication, and management of personnel, resources, incidents, and reporting.

The system provides real-time visibility into the status and staffing levels of personnel and apparatuses. Users can establish automated staffing schedules, attach notes, images, and files to dispatches, send mass notifications, conduct polls among personnel, manage callbacks, and more. The integration of a centralized "Big Board" feature allows for the display of all relevant information on a monitor within the station, streamlining operational oversight.

Resgrid effectively manages incoming calls generated either internally or from external CAD systems. It supports auto-importing calls through emails, text messages, or API integrations. Dispatch capabilities are diverse, utilizing push notifications, emails, text messages, and voice calls. Notably, personnel without smartphones or access to cell phones can still receive dispatches via landlines from virtually anywhere.

As a unique offering in the LCM market for first responders, Resgrid features a suite of mobile applications designed for personnel management, unit coordination, incident command, and data reporting. Coupled with its zero-installation cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) backend, organizations can quickly deploy the system to enhance their operational efficiency.

It is important to consider that continued use of GPS in the background may significantly impact battery life.
